All items are made to order and customized so refunds will not be accepted . If the item has a defect made by the maker; for example a transfer that is peeling or anything including poor workmanship, the issue with the product must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order and will be replaced at no extra charge or exchanged for something of equal value if the item is out of stock. Items WILL NOT be accepted that were damaged by poor maintenance. Please see the FAQ on how to care for your products for more information.
